Shipping policy
If you are ordering oversized items (exceeding 18" x 18" x 18") online, please request a customized shipping quote before you purchase. In order to get you an accurate shipping quote we will need the full name, shipping address, email, and phone number, as many carriers require all of this information. Also, please let us know which item you need a quote for. We can not get shipping quotes via DM through Instagram.
Local Los Angeles, Ventura County, and Orange Country delivery charges with a third-party range from $75-$400 depending on details. Please email for delivery quotes and to coordinate delivery. Most of the time, you pay for delivery at the time of delivery, directly to the movers as they are a third-party delivery company, and we only help to facilitate this service. As third-party delivery services, they may request pre-delivery payment or deposit.
If you are not charged for shipping at checkout, your item will not be shipped. Please email us if you would like something shipped so we can get you a customized quote. Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping companies and we can not control shipping rates. We can ship large items via Fedex, UPS, and other delivery services.

Ship items at your own risk. Items will be insured with shipping carriers, and it is the buyers' responsibility to file a claim should an item go missing or become damaged during shipment. International orders: it is the buyers' responsibility to track the order and follow shipping instructions, pay import fees, duties, and local taxes. We will not refund for lost or damaged International orders.
We are happy to get quotes with delivery services within the LA County area. Delivery is not included in furniture purchases. We are happy to help coordinate and recommend third-party delivery companies that are affordable. Some are insured, and some are not which is the buyers' choice and we are not responsible for delivery issues and delivery companies are not affiliated with ShowRoomLA. Any delivery issues should be taken up with the delivery company directly. Pay for delivery at the time of delivery to the company directly.
We recommend movers who can offer certificates of insurance (COI).
Sold items MUST be picked up within 14 days of purchase. If additional time is needed, all requests must be coordinated with ShowRoomLA and approved. Arrangements can be made to store items for a longer period of time for an additional storage fee. A blanket is suggested for in-store pick-ups on furniture or large fragile items. We do not wrap or package oversized furniture. Please bring help if you choose to pick up oversized furniture. We can not load any purchases into your vehicle or assist with loading outside of the store. Items not picked up after 30 days are considered abandoned property.
We offer 5% discounts when purchases are paid in cash.
